Title: Pulling away very lumpy at low revs ?

Hello when slightly using the excellerator the car judders vigerasly if you give it a lot of gas it's ok !
I've had the distributor , fuel filter, plugs and cables , crankshaft sensor and coil pack replaced but still doing this ! I can't seem to find an answer 1min car was fine an then this happened .
Please can someone help .
I hope I've described the problem right .

Btw it's a mk3 golf gti 8v .

It hasn't been scanned, a cowboy garage  told me to disconnect battery an reset ecu so did that an made no difference . But will that mean all codes all gone ? 
Iv not got much knowledge on cars btw .
When pulling away or at these low revs when the throttle is only slightly down the car really jerks around . It's really difficult to drive . "Just trying to explain what is happening .."

TB potentiometer?

Scan for faults and measuring blocks too. I can do scan if you're near me.
