Title: mk4 gti azj engine inlet manifold problem

Hi my golf mk4 gti2.0 (azj) has a deteriorated black cover on a diaphragm on the inlet manifold, does this item have a part number or what is it actually called,i`m struggling to find any information on it.any information would be appreciated Tia.
