Anyone any thoughts on this , one of the features of the 7.5 that I'd like on my club sport ... anyone done this ?

If you like them, go for it! Kunzmann sell these (https://www.kunzmann.de/shop/en/exterieur-dynamic-indicator-light-volkswagen-golf-7-dynamic-turn-signal-dyna-blink.htm) for the door mirrors. The description says no coding, so the rears are likely to be the same.
