Title: Alarm siren upgrade

Hi all.
Long time. Hows everyone? Im in need of some help. As everyone knows the alarm on the mk4 golf is sh!te tbh. So I was looking around and found a vid on youtube, a guy in the US of A did a bmw siren upgrade, which is a 4 pin and his original alarm was 2 pin. Anyway cut it short I took the alarm connector off only to find that mine is a 3 pin alarm and not a 2 pinpin. The extra wire is yellow/black. Any help plz guys?

Did/does your alarm chirp when using the central locking?

Would you mind providing a link to that video please?

Hi yes mine does chirp now and also locks when I go above 10mph and also unlocks when I remove the key. A pal of mine has vagcom and activated all that.
