Title: Crankshaft sensor query

Hi, ive recently discovered my power/ Missfire issue was due to N75 & crank sensor, I tried changing this and managed to break the plug on the loom. I need to cut a section of a loom from another golf, however is the loom the same for the crank sensor across all turbo golf's  (AGU engines & AUM ENGINES etc??) Thanks in advance

It is as far as i know.
Ive swapped crank senosors between the different engine codes

does that include the loom itself? as i need about 6 inches of the loom that the plug goes into

Yeh. Colours should be the same. Ive never really looked closely at the colours in the loom but its easy to find pin outs to make sure
