Wierd one this! Past couple of days on a morning when I start her up, for around 2-3 seconds (like as soon as the car engine starts running) theres this like really high pitched squealing noise. Only thing I can think of comparing it to is like when wagons are breaking and the brakes give of that squeaky squealy noise, but really high pitched. Its only first thing int morning and doesn't do it for the rest of the day. All belts on the engine are fine and as tight as they need to be. I cant figure out what it is what's making the noise or what it is!! Any ideas?!

I was going to say belts until i read the end.
Alternator pully bearing

Is there a way to test the theory other than maybe temporarily taking the alt belt of to see if it doesn't squeal, or maybe a squirt of WD40. I'll see if I can record the sound and upload if I remember int morning!

Wd would be best bet.
Or as you said remove belt.
Does it have power steering?

Well, sorry for the disappointment but it hasn't done it since posting up??? Maybe posting on here was the cure 😂

Typical of most things
It could have been moisture on the belt. Its been drier the last few days (well in the south east it has)
