I have a 2012 GTi with 68k on clock. When in low gears and accelerate it surges for a split second as if i am riding the clutch but my foot is off pedal. I presume this indicates clutch wear or is the anything else? Cheers

Clutches are under more strain in higher gears. It only does it in low gears?

A bit of wheel slip maybe but not enough to make it spin up because of the traction control
