Title: Turbo Cuts Out - TDI 1.9

Hi all,

Recently the turbo has been cutting out mid-journey in my Mk4 1.9 TDI. 

It's fine when driving at low revs (below 20000) but usually cuts out if I boot it, especially up hills or on the motorway when the revs get in the region of 30000. 

Any pointers / things I can check would be appreciated.  Anyone had a similar experience?

Vains sticking in the turbo. Chucking it into limp mode.

As above, sounds like a clogged up turbo or seized actuator.
