Title: My golf mk4 gti keeps miss firing and losing power

I'm having trouble with my mk4 golf gti. It was losing power every time I stopped at a junction and would just die. I recently took out the MAF sensor and cleaned it, I put it back together and now the car keeps miss firing. I've checked the spark plugs and they seem to be ok. I'm a bit lost on what to do, I did a diagnostic and it came up with...P0411 and P1297 how can I repair this problem on my own?
