Title: Golf Mk 2 adjustable top mounts
Post by: sharper on 23 September 2016, 10:27
Just getting a new Bilstein B16 suspension set-up and want to make the most of the set-up. Adjustable top mounts have been suggested but I know nothing about them. Are they worth it, who makes them and what do they cost? Intending to do a few track days.

Any advice appreciated? If I go for them what's the optimum camber etc?

Camber depends on track, you can get the camber without the topmounts though. I was looking at a set, think 200od quid

you can adjust camber at the strut lower fixings and at the balljoints. if you want to increase castor, polo balljoints are offset and look like they will bolt on. not 100% on that though

Are you using the car on the road or is it a trackslag?
