Title: TDI 150 K&N
Post by: Kris46 on 21 September 2016, 14:12
Hi forgive the silly question.  I have bought my husband an cone air filter for his Golf GT TDI and I want to fit it as a surprise.  Question is how do I fit it because it has a MAF going into the original airbox.  Thank you Trish

Does it not come with instructions? When i fitted the pipercross induction kit to my mk6 it had instructions tell me what to do with the sensor, but that wasn't in the airbox. You have bought a kit or all the parts to fit it (hoses, clips, etc.) haven't you?

Without sounding harsh I would In all honesty send it back

A cone air filter will have zero effect on a diesel apart from a bit of noise
