Title: Spluttering when low on fuel

Can anyone give me any ideas as to why my golf gti start to run ruff when it gets to a certain point on the petrol gauge, many thanks nikki

Fuel pump getting weak, so cant get the fuel up quick enough when demanded. Normally when fuel pumps are going the buzzing is louder
