Saw this on Reuters a couple of days ago saying the 22nd was court day, I guess it wasn't sorted out. Find it hard to believe that VW are saying it won't effect existing orders, when they are stopping production this week.
Reminds me of the Iraqi information minister/general talking to the press, and saying the Americans are not winning or progressing very far and in the Baghdad background were Abrams tanks rolling along...

This is being hotly discussed on other forums and has been for a few days, since the news broke. Seems to be having an impact on existing orders and many with cars on order being told conflicting things by dealers and VW. Nothing new on that score.

VW and its suppliers belonging to prevent group have agreed on terms.... all back to normal.
But will likely add one or two weeks to orders.
