Title: Rear Lock

Hi all,
bit of a mystery here.  I installed a new rear lock and it all worked fine, opening and closing as it should.  Before I closed the door, I used a screwdriver to push the mechanism round to the lock position, pressed unlock and the unit responded, making the noises it should.  the mechanism didn't move and hasn't since.  It's still in the 'locked position'. ANY IDEAS?  I can't even get the door to shut now because of it...

Have you pushed the stop down in the mech to see if he returns?
