Title: Aircon switch

I need to replace the aircon switch but can't get the old one out. Tried to force it with a screwdriver but that just marks the surrounding plastic. I can't see how I can get the switch out. Please help

I found this one difficult.  There are four metal locating tabs, two each side.  Best to remove the other switches and try to push from behind with your fingers.
