Title: MkV GTI new owner in Brighton

Purchased an 05 GTI about a month ago. Super clean car and loving every minute driving it.

So far no issues but wanted to join a forum to find some answers when I have some questions.

Hi.  I am hopefully collecting my GTi over the weekend.  I also recently purchased a Mondeo Mk3 2.5 V6 Ghia X that was in mint condition....until I started up in gear from outside the car, and in trying to bring it to a stop I was crushed between the car and a telegraph pole on the other side of the road.  Not my finest hour, running myself over with my own car.  A bargain at £450.....even with the £500 repair bill. :sick:
