Hi, I'm the look out for better braking on my 1.8T. The front discs & pads are fairly new but crap to say the least! It fails to brake enough above 80mph! With it being modded etc. So my first thought was the common larger diamater brakes from an S3, Seat Loen etc, but current funds won't stretch to that, so I looked through eBay and found these.
Are these any better than the standard 1.8T OEM setup

Im sure for 312 upgrade its just carriers, discs and pads.
Sure the callipers are the same

Cheers for the advice buddy. So if I was to go for (find) carriers, discs & pad's to suit a 312 setup but use my current calliper's, what exactly would I look for? Seat Leon, Audi S3, Golf MK5 GTI etc?
Cheers

Audi s3 is 312.
Sure the leon cupra are only 288 standard and the cupra r is a massive upgrade
Mk5 not sure on size. Disc wise its the wrong stud pattern

The leon cupra may actually be 312 standard. (learn something everyday)
