Hi, I've just took out insurance with Flux Direct via Compare the Market.com. Spoke to a guy over the phone etc to confirm car modification details so I'm 100% covered. Driven for 18 yrs now.. But amongst some of the usual legal requirements to sign etc, I was asked to provide images of the front & back of my driving licence! Is this usual these day's? Plus I had to go to the DVLA site and get a check code aswell.
Just want some confirmation that these things are the norm?
Cheers

Cheers bud. Just found it a bit odd at first. I've always used Admiral & swinton but neither wanted to insure a slighly modded Golf Mk4 1.8T
