Hello everyone.
I've had my GTI sat in the garage for the last 7 years since I bought a mk4 anniversary edition but it's now time to sadly go.
I put it in for its MOT to see where it stands and had 4 of the 5 fails repaired but the remaining one is welding to the rear subframe.
I have been quoted approx £300 to do the work but although I know it would then be completely road legal and increase the price dramatically, I don't have the funds to do this.
The reverse gear also does not work which I've been told can be probably repaired but failing that, a reconditioned one would be £395.
If some has the time and skill to do the two repairs they would get a bargain.
Any advice on where to list the car so she goes to a good home or anybody on here is interested please let me know.
I will post pictures but first time on here and not sure how to do it.
Cheers

No limit on the classifieds at all:

Probably best taking a load of pics, writing up all the details and running it as a proper auction on ebay - no buy it now. :)
