Title: Finally got my hands on my GTD with a detail before collection

Well on Saturday I finally managed to get my hands on the Carbon Grey 5 Door DSG GTD which I'd ordered on Jan 29th 2016, spec wise I went for the Tech Pack, Sport & Sound Pack, Rear Camera, High Beam Assist and 90% tints.

I didn't want the dealers to prepare the car for me so I organised for a detailer to go over and prepare the car last Friday and I've got to say I was well impressed with the quality of his work, if anyone is around the Poole area I'd highly recommend him.

Carbon is a great colour and really suits the car.

Thanks, yes I was like a kid again before collecting it  :laugh:the sales guy very quickly ran few a few things which I've completely forgotten so I'm just finding things out by trial and error, streaming music and app connect etc etc

Looks amazing, bet you're glad you got a pro-detailer in. Well worth it!

Thanks, yeah I'm really pleased I went with the detail, now I've Gotta try and keep it in the same condition it's in now, I got left all the stuff I need by the detailer so it's down to me to do the job right

That's the one. I reckon I've now visited every senior ground in Scotland.

That's the one. I reckon I've now visited every senior ground in Scotland.

It's good Rangers are back in the Premier league, it was terrible for Scottish footbal the last few years

Firstly you will love the GTD its the car that gives you a good chunk of everything and personally feel as good about it now as did when got it 2.5 years back. Would not change if did not have to and truly be sad to see it go.

CSG was my second colour as always wanted the Golf in white but having seen more and more in flesh would say the CSG is my favourite colour and these photos support that  :cool:

If the CSG was a choice on the R there would be no dilemma over colour choice when change next.
