Workshop manager at my dealer told me they use an exchange service with a wheel refurb place. Don't know who they use and it does depend on them having a correct wheel to exchange, but might be worth asking at your dealers.

There's plenty of places out there, what I did for my 14" bbs design 5000 rd wheel was Google diamond cut wheels refurbishment in my area then researched their reputation, that method worked for me.

BJV Engineering used to be very good - diamond cut my wheels. They are in the Herts countryside.
