Title: revs sitting at 1000

hi can someone help please. when im sitting at a junction the revs are sitting just over 1000 revs. ive had that the throttle body cleaned as advised but it still hasnt solved the problem. ive got a video of it but dont no how to attach it . cheers

Upload to youtube and put the link in here. It could be many different things which is causing the issue. Have you had a major service on your car, to rule out all the basis stuff like spark plugs and coils. Have you ever cleaned your sensors like the MAF and Intake manifold sensor?

its a 1.6 tdi mk6 10 reg golf. had the dpf pipe cleaned, ran mint for a few days. now back to sitting at 1000 revs, and when sitting still the car is juddering. when i turn car off and back on its sitting at 700 where it should be until  start driving.
