Post by: WeekendMechanic on 05 March 2016, 07:34
My back ones go up as if they are still new but the fronts take a while sometimes even stay stuck I`m thinking of buying 2 new ones for the front just would like to know has anyone replaced these who can tell me what to look out for?

Front one's get used more than the rear so the return springs can get tired. The path of the belt itself draws in all the silt and dirt from your clothes etc and can build up behind the panels that most of the belt runs behind.

Maybe remove the panels and clean it out thouroughly, often a silicone spray can help.

New one's are not cheap.
