Title: DAB station logos

How do you get the station logos to show on the DAB presets on Discover Pro unit please? Mine are a all blank.

If you've got mib2 unit they should auto load, if you've got 1st generation unit then you need to download them and load them yourself. It's been mentioned on here many times before.

Thank you. How do I find out if I have MIB 1 or 2? What does MIB mean? Car is 8 months old.

Really easy to do, download the zip files from the below link, unzip the files to a folder on your PC then copy the files to an SD card, put the card into an SD slot in your glove box, go to Radio - Setup then there is an option to add logos.

well thats spooky..you have the same set of stations as me!!

except my kerrang channel has stopped broadcasting up here I think so Its basically planet rock all the time!

Just to add, if you load the radio logos to an SD card (for MIB1 units) then you still have to add the logos one by one to each station, it doesn't do it automatically for all of them.

With thanks to all who have given advice I have managed to add my station logos today! I have got one question though, here is my display showing presets, all fine so far:

But when I have just the selected station on the screen, the logo is of rather underwhelming proportions:

Is that right or have I done something wrong? I got the logos from the VW.de site.

It's something that us MIB I users have been struggling with since the MK7 was launched. No one found a way to get them to appear large on screen as that would require them to be streamed over the air by the DAB station (which it seems some do, but the MIB I doesn't receive) ?

So no, you are not doing anything wrong.

Have you tried using the on screen ' view' button ( at the bottom of the screen.)

Then enable ' Station Info' on the next screen that appears.

It gives larger station logos.

Cheers TwoSheds, that's the second image I posted with the dinky logo! From what Sootchucker said above, sounds like it's a quirk of the MIB 1 system. Unless you have a solution? I'd like them to be bigger!

Mine is MIB II so perhaps that's the difference .
