Anyone else having trouble getting car net to work the last few days??

I spoke to VW uk last week about  this and they confirmed it was down and was being looked at - I am having problems adding my car

I've got car net in my tiguan and its been registered since October. Now when I've tried to access it yesterday I get a blank screen. Reset everything thinking it was a connection problem and now it don't accept the activation code. Total load of s4ite and something else that is pi44 poor from VW!!
