In the real world I would say the R is the winner, on the basis I was quoted March 17 as the earliest delivery for a new Focus RS.
It doesn't matter how good/bad it is if you can't actually test drive or buy one!

It seems mad that 300bhp is now considered 'not that fast' when you think of where you can actually use it properly.
There's a thread on the R forum about this test with the obvious cliches -RS3 understeers too much and costs too much, FRS too chavvy and hardcore for road use. The R, as ever, will appeal to us VW devotees more as the all rounder. They do give the R quite a positive review in that little 'test'.  :smiley:
