Title: Golf Mk4 rear door

Hi all. The other day noticed driver side rear door won't open, now couple days later both rear doors won't open. Anyone had this on their Golf before?

Check that central locking control switch in your drivers side armrest...mine was playing up too and I solved it by messing with those!

Glad that helped you...the description in the handbook is a bit hard to follow so I just messed about until I got it right on mine.

Just in case anyone else has a niggle with the locking system...in the owners manual folder (assuming you have one), booklet 3.1, pages 32 onwards...explains how to set your system up.

Hopefully this will help someone out.
