Hi guys i keep changing my mind every other day on what i want on my car...stage 1 ive heard is best bang for buck...my question is the gains...are the stage 2 gains over 1 that much of a difference? what figures have you guys got weather 1 or 2? Ive seen the bhp isnt much different..what about the jump in torque? some say stage 1 vs 2 is night and day whereas other have said stage 2 is smoother and more top end..and low down torque is less than stage 1...all advice is appreciated :)

I can only comment on feel (butt dyno as some eloquently put it) as I dont have the actual dyno graphs to hand, but going from stock to stage 1 made it feel a lot quicker, whilst going from stage 1 to stage 2 made it feel torquier. . . .is that even a word!?!
The pull from 3rd and 4th gear in stage 2 is lovely, probably one of my favourite bits of the car.
With Revo the upgrade from stage 1 to 2 is only £50 I think, the only extra consideration is the cost of the hardware. Try Stage 1 and see if it's enough, if your still yearning for more (it's a slippery slope in my experience) then you haven't spent unnecessarily anyways!
Hope this helps

Go stage 2 worth the extra pennys imo

I would also say to start with a stage1. I chose a Bluefin which claims approx. 25% increase in power and torque. Power increase is hard to measure and probably not as important as the torque which has noticeably improved and also lower down the rev range. For that reason, the upper gears really highlight the improved torque and will deliver the same if not better acceleration while a gear higher.
