Title: Head work mk2 golf gti

Hello guys I was wondering if anyone could tell me what people do to there head after doing the 2l bottum end conversion I know they port it gas flow is and bigger vavles ect but searching on the internet I can't find nothing :( I would like to buy bigger vavles ect for it back can't find them

I've aready got a Kent cam that came what the mk3 golf engine I brought

Any help would be great thanks

a standard port/polish job should give you a good gain. but the big valve job will probably nearly double that price. how are you planning on driving the car? if you are planning on running it over 4krpm most of the time then go for the big valves. but if you only give the car the odd burst now and then the big valves would be a waste of money. what is the number on the end of your kent cam?

Ah this is where this post went and I'm not sure what the number is on the Kent cam mate and I drive the car daily and usually up and down the dual carriage way most of the time bud

the number on the kent cam will be on the gearbox end. good chance its a gs22h. see if you can find number and post back.
