Title: New Wheels Fitted
Post by: Cossieian on 19 December 2015, 19:10
Decided to fit my wheels today, quite happy with them but if I'm totally honest I'm not loving them yet. Will give it time though and see how I feel.
What you guys think, honest opinions

I love them, and the more I see red the more I like it.

What really p*sses me of though is lazy people that don't put their trolleys back. Also how come nearly every supermarket we use have inclines in their car parks?

The new wheels look superb.  The really suit the car and look especially lovely with the red.

Wish there was a car park like that round my way.  Brilliant light for photos!

What pi55es me off are those people who take up 4 parking bays to photograph their stunning motors!
In all seriousness the wheels look very smart. I have a carbon grey gti but think the R looks the business in red.

Yeah, I was going to make a joke about the parking but I thought I was a bit too new here to do that.

I think they look great! Actually, I also thought the Cadiz looked good with the TR but these are an improvement especially in combination with the black mirrors. The Cadiz would look better with the silver mirror caps.

The new wheels look brilliant. Anthracite BBS CH-R's and Tornado Red is a great combination.

Thanks for all the positive comments guys

Well in the light of day I think I feel much better about how they look, I think part of it was that the Cadiz being diamond cut were so shiny when clean it was kind of a shock when they went on, So alls good.........FOR NOW :nerd:

I've already seen another set of wheels I quite fancy...uh oh here I go

I think they look spot on. In fact I like them even more than the BBS SRs I have on mine!

I wasn't as I think it sits not too bad + I'm not sure how your warranty stands if you change suspension???

Another thumbs up, have always liked this style and would catch my attention.

Think they would look great on CSG and White cars too

You'd lose the warranty on your suspension but nothing else would be affected.

This......

It looks great and you're right it sits great too, just wondered if you were tempted as it was something I always wished I had done with my Edi35. I put H&R spacers on and that made quite a difference.

That colour definitely goes with red.
It's a winner for me.
