Title: car feels a little too stiff lately

like the topic says. Could it be the springs? (car has done 100k miles so far, haven't had any of the springs changed, is that normal?)  any help would be welcome

Most likely the dampers that are coming towards the end of their life... Does the ride feel 'crashy' and more bouncy than normal at the rear?
100k is more than enough miles to wear out the OE dampers, new ones especially something like a set of Bilstein B8s make a world of difference  :smiley:
