Hi does any one no if u can rebuild/service the air con pump on a mk4 golf agu 18t as mine squeals like a b!tch wen u switch it on any help would be good thanx Ian

could it be the drive belt slipping/squealing

Na wen the air con is switched on the pulley spins but the clutch doesn't engage so it stops and starts spinning in the centre of u know wot I mean

hi maybe a bit late now answering i had this prob and the guys in the garage couldn't right it i pshed on myself to try and sort it and eventually found it was a bad fuse/connection new fuse clean contacts bingo all spinning working fine.the fuse/fuses are in a case on top of battery    cheers hope it works out
