Title: got bored, bought new wheels!
Post by: ...joe on 24 September 2005, 21:05: as the title..... got bored, looked at lots of wheels on ebay.... got bored, bought a set!

7 x 15 azev a's with rubber Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£150. bargainous!!

so seriously.....who wants my sebrings! might paint the azevs black with polished rims mmmm liking black wheels at the moment!

either,

do some DIY around the house ending in having to call a man out to repair it whilst you go and get face/arm/hand/leg/foot/girlfriend stiched up at AE

or

spend some money on something you don't really need never-the-less afford, for the hell of it

But they willl look bling :cool:

i aim to please! i meant as part of my job! i have to call on sainsbury's, tesco's and asda's and make them buy lots of lucozade and ribena!! but i only go to newhaven once a fortnight as its only a small store :P

coolio!!! i have thought about them many times, never found a good enough set though. funnily enough i was looking for a set of wheels like yours when i found these!! i think yours were off an opel/vauxhall originally.

Post by: Organisys on 27 September 2005, 12:32: The chap in the alloy wheel specialist I went to see to get my tyres fitted to them reckoned they may have been from a Honda? The PCD is correct, but they had to be machined slightly to fit the Golf's hubs. They were about 1mm Dia. too small!Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â :shocked: Despite my ebay seller advertising them as from a Golf!!Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â :angry:

As for the Estorils , they are in a bit of a state, the paint / laquer has had it in a few places, but its nothing that the Nitromors, wet and dry, and polishing kit wont fix. :wink:

Mrs was winding me up about the news wheels, saying its like me buying new sneakers for the car!
