Title: Oil Leak below intake pipe !

Looking to purchase a mk6 GTi, seen one i like at the right price however i've noticed some oil sitting in what looks like an engine or gearbox mount, below the flexi part of the intake pipe.

Anyone has any ideas ? car is a manual with 66k

Rocker cover also looks like it's been resealed, should i be worried ?

It will just be faulty PCV valve mate, really cheap and easy to fix. It leaks from the black part in picture 3. I had it too and mine is all fixed now.
