I want to get a grille badge for my gt tdi 150. It's badged on the rear as GTI. It's a choice between silver GT badge or GTI badge or red TDI badge.
Am thinking red won't look good as car black and rear badges silver. and it's not a GTI so why put a GTI badge on?
Not sure whether to keep the rear GTI badge or change that to GT TDI or TDI.
What d'ya think???? :undecided:

im not sure.....
the gt tdi's are more so of a gti than other models that are badged as such so the choice is yours!!!
ive just debadged mine, leaves people wondering what it is.... not that its gonna shoot of into the distance at and traffic light races lol

Just debadged mine too, keep em guessing

I reckon get a gti one, if any.

how bout havin a silver gt and a red di badge? so it reads gtdi, will look different and if u do want it badged id go for that!
-
am getting the feeling that no badge is best :undecided:

I have often seen a few TDI's with GTI badges on them, was this how they came out of the factory?
I find this wrong as theyre not GTI's, what were VW thinking?
There is no shame in badging it as a TDI. I actually prefer driving the TDI's than the GTI's in the Mark 4, fair enuff i havnt driven a 20valve turbo yet so i might change my tune, but still tho, if its a TDI, badge it as a TDI.
I am not having a dig at you by the way debsie!

I've only known GT TDI 150's to be badged as GTI's. I would have preferred a TDI badge as the 2.0 GTI is slow although it's always good to be understated.

yea i like to keep people guessing, but sometimes u just want to show off wot u got!
hence i decided to leave my 16valve badges on
