Title: Excess gtechniq c5

Hello all,

I was cleaning my wheels today and noticed that I must have over applied some c5 at the beginning of the year!  There's a run mark on the lacquer.

What's the best way to get it off?  I was thinking of using a mild polish to get it off, but not too abrasive to take off the lacquer
