Title: New silicone tip fitted, but DV is quiet now?

Hi

I installed a new large tip to my stage 1 AUM with Forge 007s.  Since installing new tip, the dumping isn't as loud any more.  I've read it should be louder.  So do I have a fault somewhere?

Silicone is thicker than the standard one's so it won't be louder, it'll flow much better though. Maybe the old one had a small crack or split making it more audible?
