Post by: Jonny341 on 02 September 2015, 21:39
Another one for you guys to help me I have a badge next to my gti badge and it looks like a hear or rabbit what is it?  Also any recommendations  for a dsg stage 1 remap manchester based I have had a basic remap but think it wants a proper dsg remap as it seems to have a slite delay in some gears when driving cheers

Golfs were sold as rabbits in the states (and other countries).

Probably previous owner just stuck it on, part likely came from or was destined for Austrian car. Rabbit 'editions' were on sale there for much longer than in other countries (and the badges were made there, interned at factory quite a few years ago).

I put an OEM rabbit badge next to the GTI badge on my mk6, took it off before trading it in though, just liked the look tbh.
