Title: Genuine Golf Mk2 Headlining reproduction
Post by: tornado_g60 on 02 September 2015, 00:28: Hello Everyone, Testing the water here as I'm in the process of reproducing a genuine reproduction of the original headlining in a strong rigid product moulded identical covered in the original reproduced fabric please register your interest below please state 3 or 5 door and with or without sunroof. this product will not break into pieces like the original foam lining. depending on numbers I'm hoping to be within £200-£250 +p&p

However, sounds like a good idea having a 'hardened' version as the original is pretty pants. Maybe you should get in touch with some of the bigger players, vwheritage, volksbits, see if they'll stock your product. Certainly gets my vote! Good luck!

I really don't relish trawling breakers yards for second hand ones and, if I did manage to find a decent one, then trying to transport back home what is essentially a large crisp! I just know it will end in tears :laugh:
