Anyone done the above^^ if so what do you loose?  I presume only radio logo's if you have uploaded them?

Probably:

1) Any music on the SSD
2) All of your phone setup
3) All of your saved nav positions and history
4) Long term driving data
5) Radio station presets and logos

You do know you can reset individual bits?

I have been resetting the media bit and it doesn't loose the jukebox music.
