Title: Would you say these wheels are ok to use?

Just got some new wheels. Cleaned them up and noticed the backs of the are bubbling quite bad 

Shouldn't effect performance or anything should it? Looks wise might not be great but could spray them to protect/ cover them?
Need to get them balanced etc afterwards anyway?

What you reckon? :/

get them shot blasted and powder coated if your keeping them  :smiley:
