As above, are they led on a 2014 GTD with xenons?

My GTI where bright white so I assumed they were LED. They certainly look like LEDs, there is a guy driving around here with his fogs on during the day and they are bright!

Yes my assumption as well just would like to know before I code them to be homing coming instead of low beam via vcds

Yes the front fogs on the GTI/GTD are LED units

Ah that would explain the brightness if they are all fed separately? Either way they are certainly a better bet for welcome home lights, will code mine this weekend.
