Title: Insurance recommendation - tuning box
Post by: Paul70 on 14 August 2015, 18:59
Guys - Would appreciate recommendations of insurance companies that cover tuning boxes and also cover business use at a reasonable cost. I have been with Direct Line for years but now they only cover power increases of up to 10% - it used to be 20% with Direct Line so I have now removed my box after only a few weeks.

Insurance is due for renewal in 8 weeks

I'm with Greenlight Insurance

I pay under £400 with all my mods declared, full NCB's and parked on a driveway

You can try Sky Insurance, HIC, Adrian Flux, Brentacre to name a few others

Get DTUK to put one of their Eco box stickers on it and insure it as a 'fuel saving device'
