Standard anni wheels 18-7.5 or will I need a spacer cheers

I was hoping they would work without a spacer.
What are these brakes worth roughky and how much is a LCR set up?

350mm disc??
Why would I need a spacer then to stop wheel hitting caliper? 5mm could be all I need?
