Hey,
I'm pulling out more pcv junk today. Last few bits like n112 etc under the n249 plate. I've got the resistors etc ready to go.
I'm thinking of using the two small vac fittings under inlet linked straight to dv / boost gauge, and other one for fpr.
Recalling when I did the n249 delete there was a non return valve left under there that I think goes to the fpr.
Anyone know if the fpr (or dv?) needs this non return valve?

No, neither the fpr or the dv/boost gauge should have a non return valve.

Hey man.
Thanks for the reply. I finished it about an hour ago. You're correct, the non return valve was on one of the solenoids under the plate. I realised I had the dv, fpr and boost gauge all on one of the small vac feeds! Swapped it all about with fpr on one, and dv/gauge on the other.
It looks so much better with all that junk out! Only problem was dipstick tube left flapping, so tied it off against defunct jet pump vac fitting.

All the deletes make for a much smarter, tidier and less problems bay
Carbon Canister
Secondary Air Intake
N112 and N249
All useless

So true.
I've only got the carbon canister left to do. I still need convincing there's a sensible way of deleting and setting that up.

Just remove it, chop the plug off, resistor between the two wires, job done

Where did you vent the petrol vapour?

I added a piece of tube to the existing tube and vented through the wing toward where the SMIC would be
