hay im going to give my jetta gti 8v the rat look and wona do it on the cheep worked out it will be about £100 to paint it mat black but do you lacker it? i would think you dont. but hay what sort a finish wold you get if you lacker it. im thinking of a dull black with a shine in certan lights????????? (sorta flipish)

theres matt black and then theres satin black, my old bug was rat look and in some light it had a kinda shine, but from most angles its dull, matt black is the mega dull all the time look......
to most they look the same but there is a slight difference!!
just wet flat your car, mask out the windows and anything else you dont want black and spray it!! some cars look good, some look shat though....

this jetta will look mint as itle be siting on a set of 15 x 9 ats cups and slamed as low as i can get it. but do you lacker the black?? as im going to go for mat rather than satin wid small bumpers and limo black window tint just to give it the night rider look.

also where can i get some good spacers as i want the wheeles out as far ass pos to the arch work aint a prob as a mate has an arch roller so clearance aint a prob

cheers mate. im hoping to get it done on a £350 budget but i got the wheeles alredy just gota paint n tint as the engine/intirior is mint plus a door as some dirty theiving scum tryed to nik it and foooked the door right up. hence the new idea cheep n sweet ride.
