Title: Gave the GTD a good detail today

Gave the GTD a clean and a machine polish today to get rid of a few light swirls and cobwebbing. Washed using Megs shampoo (two bucket method) and wowo Lambswool mit and dried using the Wowo Red drying towel. Used my DAS Pro with a Yellow Hexlogic Pad and Poorboys White Diamond SSR2, followed by Poorboys White Diamond (applied by hand).

Wheels polished and sealed with Poorboys wheel sealant and tyres dressed with Megs Endurance tyre gel. Inside just wiped over with a damp microfibre cloth and generally hoovered. Finally glass cleaned with Autoglym Fast Glass. Hope you like.

Came out quite nice I think

Is it the first time you've polished?

Isn't the sensor in the arch only if you have specced Park Assist.

Did a bit on mine today too.  Decontamination with Tardis and IronX, doesn't really need claying at all, which is a bonus.  Couple of bits to polish and then get some sealant and a fresh coat of wax on it tommorow, if the weather holds.

Yeah extra sensor is for park assist.

Has having a clean car renewed your love for your motor, or you still umming and arrring about changing?
