Title: Light fault -making me scratch my head
Post by: Misterp on 03 July 2015, 20:44
Turned the car on this evening to find a fault that read 'Fault: vehicle Lighting'  and a yellow triangle wth an exclamation mark in it. walked around the car no lights are out.

Truly at a loss as to what it could be. I don't have vcds so may have to check it in to vw.

Has anyone expereinced such a fault.

Try running it through a few ignition cycles to see if the 'fault' clears itself.

Checked the bulbs with the steering wheel turned? Not a cornering light bulb gone is it?

Tried both. Still the same I did a quick google search and it threw up a few things. I may take the Philips static h7 out and replace with stick see if that clears it as that is the only none standard exterior light bulb I have fitted

Resurrected an old thread but mine has just started with this error. Did you ever get it sorted?
