Title: VW Finance Lease Question

I collected my car 4 weeks ago tomorrow but VW Finance still have taken my deposit or setup a Direct Debit with my bank.

I know there are a couple of people on here with lease deals through VW Finance so when do they usually set all of this up?

I have checked my agreement and it clearly states that the deposit must be paid before collecting the car. I asked the dealer a few times before i collected when the deposit would be taken and how long it would be until the first payment but all they could tell me is that the deposit would be taken within 2 weeks. and the first monthly payment would be exactly a month later.

I'm certain I saw a couple of people on another forum mention the same situation with VWFS. Rest assured, it WILL eventually come out ;)

Sure it will its just annoying me that they haven't even setup a direct debit yet
