Need a dizzy as a bit in mine has broken.
Dont need cap or rotor so if anybody has one lying around.......

16v abf please

No idea! Would have to see one! Then base that sits into the cam and the positions of the two fixing holes

Probably just slightly different.
As for the 16v ABF dizzy, did VW use two different ones on them too (Bosch and Sagem systems which aren't compatible with each other).
